Volunteer transport buddies accompany trainees on a number of journeys until they have the knowledge and confidence to make the journeys independently. This is a very rewarding opportunity as you will clearly see the positive impact on the trainees life allowing them to get to and from college, work or just out and about on their own.
Digital champions help participants to gain confidence in using computers and tablets. This is very rewarding as you can make a big difference to isolation and loneliness, enabling vulnerable people to use email, skype, shop and search online.

We recognise the individual needs of families and carers and seek to offer:
Our highly trained home care assistants deliver a personal and discreet service. Our ongoing training and development initiatives play a vital part in promoting high quality care. We also provide training for voluntary carers to enable them to better support their loved ones and help your loved ones stay in the community.
We encourage families, service-users and carers to make comments and give us feedback. This enables us to make improvements to the quality of care provided and helps tailor the service to the needs of the elderly and more vulnerable in society of all ages and abilities, those who are lonely and those who find it difficult to cope.
Our other initiatives include healthy lifestyle initiatives, deaf awareness, chronic disease management programmes, life skills, essential skills and so much more.
