NEW: LIVING LIFE TO THE FULL: 12 hours that can change your life! Life Skills Programme with a cognitive behavioural therapy approach. It can help you sleep better, feel happier, have more energy, gain confidence, get out more & enjoy better relationships.

CANCER SUPPORT GROUP: Do you know someone affected by cancer? Family member, relative or neighbour? Would info, support, guidance & the chance to unwind in an informal monthly group help? Meets every 2nd Wed of the month; Wed June 10th@7pm.

RESPIRATORY SUPPORT GROUP: Next meetings scheduled for Friday June 12th & 26th@10.30am. Group open to everyone with a respiratory condition.

ACTION ON HEARING LOSS: Support for deaf/hard of hearing including free hearing check, hearing-aid maintenance, advice & information. Returns Tuesday June 16th@10.30-12noon.

ALZHEIMER’S & DEMENTIA: Support Group for carers & families every 3rd Wed.

MS SUPPORT GROUP: Next monthly meeting scheduled for Tues June 30th@8pm.

CARER’S SUPPORT GROUP: Do you care for a family member, relative or neighbour? Would you like support & guidance in an informal monthly group? Please register interest.

CARDIAC SUPPORT GROUP: Group open to everyone with a cardiac or heart condition. Monthly meeting on last Tuesday of the month @7pm.

CITIZEN’S ADVICE BUREAU: Outreach service every Thursday. Appointment required.

GYM & INTEGRATED PLAY AREA: Our gym is equipped with a range of cardio machines, vibro-plates & includes an integrated play area & exercise machines for kids. Ideal for small groups/mums/dads/grand-parents & children of all ages.

YOUTHLIFE: Working in partnership with DVC to provide a range of programmes to children & young people who have experienced bereavement/loss in their lives.

FUEL STAMP SCHEME: Derg Valley Care in co-operation with Strabane Community Project offers this scheme locally. We have £5 stamps available.
